Shipping Policy
Free ground shipping on orders over $50 within the US. International orders will be charged actual shipping cost.
All orders are shipped within 3 business days (maximum of 3 weeks) from receipt of order. Orders are shipped by via either Priority Mail or UPS at our option. You may request Priority Mail if you have a PO Box by listing the PO Box and your request in the Special Instructions field. We will attempt to satisfy your request if it is not cost prohibitive.

Return Policy
If you are unsatisfied with your Ultra TravelSpa Collection or any of the Ixchel Leigh Organic Escentials or Ixchel Leigh Organic Parfumerie, return unused products within 30 days to the manufacturer/shipper: Ixchel Leigh/inSpiriTrix, 1029 Benito Ave., Pacific Grove, CA 93950, USA.

Backorder Policy
Backorders will be shipped within 30 days or fully refunded.

Damaged Goods Policy
If products arrived damaged, all damaged goods will be replaced at the manufacturers/shippers expense. Please call 1-877-769-9524 to request replacements.
